Timeline:
Pool Closes: 3:00pm for meet setup
HOME TEAM
- Swimmers arrive at 3:30
- Warm ups start at 4:00-4:30
VISITING TEAM
- Swimmers arrive at 4:00
- Warm ups start at 4:30-5:00
5:00 - Timers/Judges/Master Recorder pre-meet meeting
5:10 - National Anthem
5:15 - Prepare for the meet/bull pens organized and ready for the first event.
5:30 - Meet Starts
9:00 - Meet Ends
**Never leave a swim meet early, it is rare that a swim meet will be canceled. Often swim meets are delayed for weather, but will continue.**
Emergency Communications (for weather, practice changes/cancellations, and meet updates) will always be done through the EMAIL/TEXT system. The Facebook page will be updated as well.
