Registration Fee

The registration fee includes:

• Personalized Team T-Shirt
• Personalized Swim Cap
• Optional Team Swimsuit (selected during registration)

Families will have the option to register with or without a team swimsuit. The registration fee will automatically adjust based on the option selected.

Before You Register

Before completing registration, please ensure your swimmer meets the following requirements:

• Swimmers must be 4–18 years old.
• Swimmers must be able to independently swim 25 yards.
• Swimmers competing in the 6 & Under age group must complete a team evaluation before registration.
• 6 & Under swimmers must successfully demonstrate Swim Float Swim.
• Knowledge of the four competitive strokes is not required before joining the team.

Parent Commitment

The success of the White Columns Warriors Swim Team depends on the support of our families.

By registering, families acknowledge and agree to:

• Fulfill the volunteer requirements outlined in the Parent Handbook.
• Review and follow all team policies and procedures.
• Maintain open communication with coaches and team leadership throughout the season.

Members & Non-Members

Clients who are not club members will automatically be placed on the waitlist, as club members receive priority registration. The club requires us to maintain a specific member-to-non-member ratio. Waitlisted families will begin being offered available spots approximately two weeks after registration opens.

Cancellation Policy

The refund schedule is as follows:

Club Members

• 100% of team fees will be refunded if cancellation is requested before May 1, 2027.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.

Non-Members

• Once registration has been confirmed, all fees are non-refundable.
