Time Trials (During practice)
White Columns Country Club
Start: 4:00 PM
End: 7:00 PM
We will run a mock-meet by age group and time each swimmer in each stroke they could swim in a meet. This helps the Coach do the line-up for the first meet. We will need 6 volunteers during each practice group to time and record the time for each swimmer. |

Parent Orientation 2

We will have a New Parent Meeting and Old Parent Refresher (if you need it) to walk through what to expect at a meet, walk through the volunteer job descriptions and answer any questions you have. We will offer the New Parent Meeting on two different days and you can attend the one that best fits your schedule, both meetings will be held at the Pool hopefully in the clubhouse during practice times. |

The coaches will be there from 6:45p - 7:45p. If you have time to stop by and meet the coaches and introduce your kids that would be great. I know everyone is very busy so if you can't make, don't worry they will meet everyone at the practices. |
